Gain Knowledge Any Time, Anywhere
Interstate 40 runs nearly the entire length of the United States and that illustrates the breadth of our vision and the comprehensiveness of our mission.
Though we're based in Tennessee, we built this business knowing that we can positively impact people's understanding of the restoration process from Carolina to California. Whether that's through our online courses, in-person group training or individualized consulting, we will be where you are when you need us to empower you with the knowledge you need.

mission, vision
and values

Know what moves us and inspires us.

To empower restoration contractors through training and guidance, and to empower the consumer through  knowledge.

We dream to see a nation of restoration professionals fully equipped to implement the proper techniques of the drying process and consumers fully empowered to understand its complexities.
I-40 Structural Academy

We seek to empower the restoration contractor through expert training in water damage restoration. Our online courses and in-person training classes seek to teach the restorer not only how to successfully dry out wet buildings, but document the actions properly so as to give insurers no room to question their invoices.

We seek to empower the consumer to be aware of and knowledgeable in the restoration process so that they are involved in the process and can avoid bad restorers and can hold their insurer accountable to pay properly to bring their home or business back to pre-loss condition as promised in both the restoration and insurance contracts.
We seek to maintain involvement in our community so that we can rise to the occasion when help is needed. We do this through involvement in local chambers of commerce, builders associations, homeowner's associations, and other community events where we can be an asset.
We are a business that is curious by nature as to the effects of water on materials, the drying of buildings, and the actions of water both in the air and as it travels through the air. Due to this curiosity, we enact various scenarios in our training areas to  seek new and better ways to serve the public, the restoration industry, and the insurance industry through education.
