We start by recommending that you sit down with your insurance agent and truly attempt to learn what your Homeowner’s Policy says.

When the chips are down, we recommend that you involve us, or someone like us, to protect you, the Consumer’s, interest in the process. Let us ensure that the Restorer is adhering to the ANSI/IICRC S500 Standard for Professional Water Damage Restoration, or the ANSI/IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation. Let us ensure that your Insurer is honoring the Contract they have with you via your Insurance Policy, and possible steps to take if they are not.

I-40 is dedicated to teaching the latest in drying fundamentals and technology to the restoration industry. We stay up to date on the latest issues and trends in the industry and adhere to the ANSI/IICRC S500 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration. We use this information and other trends in our educational classes; we also research techniques ty trying them in various scenarios to attempt to find new, effective, and time-saving methods for drying out wet buildings.

We offer consumers professional consulting services if they feel that a job has been done incompletely by a restoration company, or if they feel their insurance company is not honoring their contract for service. We offer restoration companies consulting services to help them build their business financials, hiring, training, marketing to make them profitable.
